| Today we had our E S L lesson.
After lunch, we learnt the meaning of the Habitat of Humanity.
Then we visited the Wal-Mart Distribution Center where the woods of the packing are recycled and are used to build the houses.
We saw loads of goods and machines there. It seemed that we are going to see how big it is. |
Being Volunteers of the Habitat of Humanity
 |
Then we went to help the Habitat work. We were divided into two groups.
Our group went to the house area to pick up rocks and wood pieces. We were all exhausted.
The other group helped to stack the wood in the Wal-Mart Distribution Centre. |
 |
However, we found that the other group was much more comfortable than us.
They could have ice-cream and enjoy the air-conditioner.
After all these, we went to One Dollar General and Wal-Mart.
Then we went back to Ottawa University. |
